Each package includes exactly what’s listed, with no surprise fees. Depending on the package, services can include professional listing photos, drone photography, drone videography, floor plans, and video walkthroughs. My goal is to make marketing a property simple, professional, and stress-free for agents and homeowners alike.
Why are your prices lower than some other real estate photographers?
I’m focused on growing my portfolio and building long-term relationships with realtors while still delivering high-quality media. You’re getting professional photos, fast turnaround times, and personalized service without the giant agency pricing. Because apparently some people think photographing a three-bedroom ranch should cost the same as a small yacht.

Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel within a set local radius is included in most packages. For locations outside that area, a small travel fee may be added depending on distance and time required.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
You don’t need a deposit to book—just pick your date, and payment is handled after the shoot or before you receive your final images, depending on the package.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround time is typically 24 hours, or the next morning, depending on the size of the shoot and current workload. I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible without rushing the editing process.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll reschedule to the next available date. The goal is to make sure your property is photographed in the best possible conditions, not in “storm-core aesthetic lighting.”
